LIVE HYBRID CLASSROOM

We at MIA are committed to our student’s safety and learning. We have been working hard to implement a school-wide strategy that will keep our students and staff safe in the Fall while focusing on student learning.

We have developed a plan for learning for September 2021 that will give students flexibility, options and the confidence to study safely at MIA. We are pleased to introduce our plan to implement a Live Hybrid Classroom Instruction at MIA for the Fall 2021 Semester.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? HERE’S AN OVERVIEW:

  • There will be LIVE daily in-person instruction on campus with a reduced student capacity in each classroom to allow for proper social-distancing.
  • Strictly enforced cleanliness protocols such as mask-wearing, daily temperature checks and cleaning stations at each desk have been designed in accordance with the government to ensure safety at all times.
  • Students who are abroad or would feel more comfortable to stay at home can choose to study online and log in daily LIVE to Zoom and participate in the daily lessons. This provides students with a real classroom experience with live teacher instruction and interaction with fellow students.
  • We understand that sometimes our students will be unable to join us live. Therefore, recorded sessions of each live class will be uploaded online, so that students can watch lessons at their convenience.
  • This means students have the choice and flexibility to study in the way that is most convenient for them and makes them feel the most comfortable and safe.

Feel confident in choosing MIA for the Fall 2021 Semester as we are 100% committed to our students and strive to make this experience less difficult as we work to put our students’ learning and safety first.

Together or apart, we are in this as one.
